jilibe Terms and Conditions — Rules for Filipino Players

1. Eligibility

To open and maintain a jilibe account, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing jilibe.
• You are not prohibited from online gaming under any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, banned, or otherwise restricted from jilibe.

jilibe may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any later stage is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2. Accounts

Each eligible person may register and hold exactly one jilibe account. Creating more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or device — is a violation of these Terms.

You are fully responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any third party.
• All activity that occurs on your jilibe account, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.
• Updating your account information if any details change.

jilibe accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, assign, or otherwise transfer your account or the balance within it to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate suspension.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, notify jilibe immediately at support@jilibe.best. jilibe will investigate but cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on jilibe are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposit and withdrawal methods available may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Available methods, minimum amounts, maximum limits, and processing times are shown in the account area and may change without prior notice.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you and were obtained legitimately.
• Payment accounts used must be registered in your own name.
• Verify all amounts, reference numbers, and destination details before confirming a transaction.
• jilibe does not accept payments from third parties on your behalf.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if jilibe needs to review account activity. jilibe reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of a Terms breach, fraud, or irregular activity.

4. Game Rules and Betting

Each game and betting market available on jilibe is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand those rules before participating. jilibe is not liable for losses caused by a player's unfamiliarity with the rules of a specific game.

General principles that apply across all jilibe games and markets:

• Results are determined by the rules and mechanics of each individual game or market.
• No outcome is guaranteed. Past results do not indicate future results.
• jilibe does not allow bets or plays to be cancelled after they have been confirmed, except where expressly permitted by the specific game's rules.

• Suspected cheating, collusion, use of automated tools, or exploitation of software errors will result in immediate suspension and potential forfeiture of winnings.

jilibe may temporarily suspend any game or market for maintenance, updates, or regulatory reasons. Active sessions interrupted by planned maintenance will be resolved according to the applicable game rules.

5. Promotions and Bonuses

jilibe may offer promotions, bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum deposit conditions. These additional terms are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms.

• Promotions are available to eligible registered jilibe players only.
• jilibe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a player has opted in, where there is evidence of abuse or where required by regulation.
• Attempting to claim a promotion through duplicate accounts, fraudulent deposits, or other dishonest means will result in immediate account action and forfeiture of any associated funds.
• Promotional credits may not be withdrawn directly — they must meet the relevant wagering requirements before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilibe and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating accounts under a false identity or allowing another person to register using your personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with jilibe games or systems.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, calculation errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using jilibe for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any jilibe game.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jilibe staff or other users.
• Accessing jilibe from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

jilibe cooperates fully with Philippine regulatory authorities and law enforcement. Any suspected illegal activity involving the jilibe platform will be reported without prior notice to the account holder.

7. Privacy and Data

jilibe collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering and using jilibe, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent or request data deletion at any time by contacting support@jilibe.best, subject to jilibe's legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain records.

jilibe will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to complete those specific processes.

8. Liability

jilibe provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain continuous access and accurate game results, jilibe does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss at all times.

• jilibe is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• jilibe is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read game rules or Terms.
• jilibe is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.
• Where liability cannot be excluded by law, jilibe's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jilibe's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter where liability cannot be legally excluded.

9. Suspension and Account Closure

jilibe may suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without advance notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable time.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory direction requiring jilibe to restrict or close the account.

If your account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance may be forfeited in full. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, jilibe will process a withdrawal of your available balance to the payment method on record, subject to verification.

You may close your jilibe account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@jilibe.best. Pending bets or game rounds at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules.

10. Responsible Gaming
